I absolutely love the concept of time-in as opposed to time-out. It cultivates a much more healthy and nurturing environment for kids and allows them to navigate through their emotions so they can better express themselves. Such a great parenting tip! 🤗🤗

yes that is my rule, just try it. i tell them just give me that a try, then if the taste doesn't suit you and you dnt want to continue to eat it. it's fine because they tasted it and might like it and eat it but if they never try it they will never know what they are missing out on .
