There’s different factors that can make you depressed. Even if the manifestation coaches tell you to not give it power. It’s important to understand where it’s coming from. I would say therapy does a good job in helping worth that. But if you don’t have the resources for therapy, there’s videos online on depression and self esteem and hopelessness.

I don’t mean to get political but also, know that you’re not alone. As a collective in a society formed so egotistically and badly structured, we are bound to get depressed. We are pretty much alienated from society and expect to do only so much. So, don’t pressure yourself on having depression.

personally i have a very strong in depth opinion on this ! i think that there are things that we do manifest that could inherently be negative ! say you think about getting a bad grade on a test and then end up getting a bad grade. that’s manifestation ! but when it comes to the bigger traumatic bad things … i think that bad things just simply happen to people and it’s not their fault. of course you can affirm against things but if you’re not sure it’s going to happen, you can’t affirm against it if that makes sense. i preach not blaming yourself for any bad or traumatic things that happen because it’s too much burden to bear. it’s not empowering , it puts a huge burden on your back so i personally think that bad things simply just happen sometimes because we live in an imperfect world living a real human experience!
