thank you i ask how to do a simple parametric stady if we have a Boundary Conditions withe nœuds ( its esy withe faces) ansys give me the same error ?

Not only the surface; it can also be provided with edges or even points. Anyway, why should we focus on nodes? Physically, it will be a point or an edge on the surface, right?
