140°F !? Better make sure to wear long sleave clothing under that or it will burn your skin.

Sorry for not being clear. The cooks get to that temp inside their insulated covering, inside the protective layer inside the jacket. That’s funny to consider that thing getting 140° inside the jacket though, thanks for this comment. Lol
