My sister in law was a teacher in this field in a very reputed institution in Trivandrum. Package was 25K, but not even once she got closer /full package. We are underpaid, denied career growth to a large extent, pressurised to dance to the tunes of Management, and moreover we get stuck in this position as our experience will not be counted in any other field and we have to start from scratch if we move on to any other profession. Nothing would be left as savings if you have a middle class family to feed and EMIs to pay.
