Hi, good question. A pelvic tilt is caused by tight hip flexors and lengthened hip extensors, creating a significant curvature in the low back. If you notice this sway in your own posture, you may have this.

Hi, not necessarily, but it can be a tool for retraining. A pelvic tilt comes from your full-body alignment, which does not easily change except with maintaining proper posture consistently and proper realignment and fascia release exercises. An elliptical machine in itself would not make these changes without the added awareness. I hope this makes sense!

Hi, it may help, yes, as it will create release in the fascia to a certain extent and provide more space in the core from the back. However, it is unlikely to address the cause site, as explained in this video, which mainly stems from improper alignment of the legs and feet.

Hi, so sorry you are struggling! You may benefit from using the towel to decompress your calves, by sandwiching it between one calf and thigh while you kneel. Stay there with the breath for at least 3 minutes. The release will help your posture stay for longer. You may notice pain as your body is not used to being in correct alignment. It takes time for the body to adjust and mold into this new positioning.
