The chemistry of this team is truly unbeatable. Everyone on the team adores Big Rudy, recognizes KAT as a crucial part of the team, respects Conley, acknowledges Ant as the best player on the floor, appreciates McDaniels as the quiet defensive stud, and knows Naz Reid is, well, Naz Reid. Watching this video of Ant and Rudy bonding is heartwarming, and this team is truly unique. This is the best Timberwolves team I've ever seen. The defense is remarkable, and the offense runs smoothly through Ant. I genuinely hope we get to witness this team in a thrilling head-to-head matchup against the Nuggets. Wolvesback

Gobert struggled in the past because his teammates were not as tough on defense and when he found himself in a 2 on 1 situation, he could not do much. This year, with a team of defenders, he is shining. And props for his free throw percentage as of late.

i looked up advanced stats on Rudy and for the better part of a decade his teams d rating were 19-30 when he is off the floor and 1-3 when he is on the floor no matter his team or rest of his cast. He is absurdly game changing defensively. Turns out Wolves front office did their homework and all the haters in media cant even spend 5 min to look up his stats before taking shots.

The Rudy Golbert trade was MOCKED by people nationally and then in year two, the TWolves are at worst, the third best team in the west and no worse than 6th best team in the league (if you think Boston, Philly and Milwaukee are better. I don't). Being a casual fan of MN basketball, this team's winning has brought me joy in that I see my friends and this community so happy. At some point, I'll be on the bandwagon, but for now, I'm happy for the true fans and wish the Wolves well!

I’m not sure if he is yet, BUT I’d argue these playoffs, same as Wades playoffs his first Miami title, are his first chance to actually put his name in the mix for that legit mantle! If Ant leads the wolves to the title, even with all this help, I think we’ll see the stsrt of the media rollout campaign for him as the best in the world. They know it’s coming, but they don’t want to roll it out before it’s legit. But I mean, depsite being so young( like dwade) he might actually be ready to make it happen , and drop 30-40 pieces along the way. I will say it’s going to take SO much poise from him and numerous consecutive games of SMART decisions mixed with taking over when need be. He’s done it all perfectly so far! But the Nuggets are really going to require him to be on almost a new level of mental acuity consistently.

I'm a Lions fan, and it's been fun to watch the two teams over the last 3 years because they're on the same trajectory. Not only good, but built to be good for more than one or two years. If my dreams came true, in 5 years we'll be talking about both franchises as generational talents and true dynasties. That would be something after the decades of abject failure... Anthony Edwards reminds me of Ja Morant: their easy going persona masks their intelligent & intuitive feel for the game, rare for young players. When you look at ANT or even SGA, they always make the best plays for the team. They also have an ability to play ISO on the half-court set without hoarding the ball, without fucking up the tempo.

I'm happy for you to Rudy. It seems like he's really turned his career around it's still early in the playoffs. But the fact he's been one of the biggest reasons as to why the Timberwolves have been playing very well to start the playoffs. We know he's been labeled and ridiculed pretty much his entire career. You're seeing how important he actually is. As for Anthony the growth he's shown these past couple years has been amazing also has a lot of maturity and is not afraid of the moment has no fear.

Ant is a real man, he's a young great leader. He's killing what's in front of him & his basketball IQ is impeccable. Rudy's rock solid, Big KAT is in the zone, Mike is old school awesome, the bench is deep, and all the rest of the T-wolves are rolling on all 12 cylinders. Great team chemistry. They are the solid REAL DEAL. 💯

Love my team. Squads pulling through from the main 5 down to the bench. Ant and Kat was down one game, bench had their back. This is the 1st half of the season Wolves, so I think. And if so, they can beat anyone I believe. Defense is dominant asf, AND if they score over 115, they normally will have the game. Go get it boys!!

Jazz fan here - I remember when Rudy was still with us and when Ant was making fun of Rudy and how he is an overrated defender. I imagine when he got traded there, Ant was not excited about the move. It’s kinda wild to see these two together now and Ant enjoying playing with Rudy now.
