Anthony Gomes brought his no holds barred brand of rockin blues to Antone's nightclub in Austin, Texas in October 2019. This was Anthony's first appearence at the world famous blues club and he did not dissapoint. The set began with the lead track from the 2018 release 'Peace, Love, & Loud Guitars' and highlighted several of the album's most popular songs, as well as fan favorites from earlier releases. Gome's reputation as hard rocking blues guitarist only touches upon one facet of the versatility and passion this multi-talented interpreter of the blues has both on and off stage. Anthony Gomes is a student and scholar of the blues, having authored the book 'The Black & White of The Blues'. He is also a founder of 'Music Is The Medicine Foundation' a 501.c.3 non-profit to positively impact people's lives through the healing power of music.
