After hearing the results of the voting poll, Mundine decided to quit early to avoid further embarrassment. Mundine has since been shunned by Australia's gay community, both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal.

Actually there’s a psychologist who studies images the human brain and he found football players to consistently have lots of holes in their brains and missing pieces of brain tissue. I would think it would be worse with boxing. For anyone interested I can find the exact details of this psychologist for you. I would not be surprised if Anthony Mundine has a largely damaged swiss cheese brain with low blood flow to the parts of brain tissue that still exist given his not so wise career choice.

Why do you always talk about the physical aspects of the gay relationship? Gee your gay sexual fantasies are much more detailed than mine, why don’t you just accept yourself? You should go and seek therapy to help deal with these issues including seeing this psychologist who can actually help physically regenerate your very possible brain injuries and missing brain tissue. I think it’s astounding he can do that but he has found a way, the man’s a genius, I find ‘that’ attractive, not so much the sexual aspects, sex is sex I find that rather boring it’s nice on an occasion. Neuroscientists have indeed confirmed cases of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in deceased football players and boxers. Unfortunately it can only be confirmed after the person dies. It is extremely likely that Mundine is living with CTE due to the amount of brain trauma a 20+ year career in professional boxing would inflict.
