Not only is he an incredible performer but Anthony is a world renowned educator with his very on curriculum called Bassology. It was a real joy to spend some time with Anthony and get an insight into his history as a player and also some epic knowledge bombs with regards to his teaching practices!

F bass in the house!! The Fodera bridge pickup is the best!!! Such a good point about rock music and funk and R&B what drives them!!! And I would absolutely love to have a Sabre so badly!!!! I have 7 musicman basses!! But no Sabre lol

As a fellow DMVer I didn’t know Mark Adams from Slave was from DC. My first bass was a white MusicMaster from Bills Music in Catonsville. I wanted a Fender Mustang but I could not afford it.

knowing how many of each notes you have on your bass is very easy. if you have a 5 Strings- 24 frets(2 octaves) Bass then you have 10 of each note and 11 of all the open string notes
