my contextual taskbar is not showing and I can't find a solution to that.

I would guess with a loose selection photoshop will try to match hospital hallway with the small park area around her body not selected. So you get the hospital from the prompt and the park from the area close to her body.

What about the highlights on her shoulders?

Thank you very much for the PDF. However, it would be a great help if you could number the pages. Otherwise the table of contents pages are useless.

The ONLY thing I am interested in using GF for is fixing problems in the image I have captured . I NEVER type any text into the box . Photoshop already has such as content aware fill , patch , clone and so on that all use existing pixels . I believe that when we do not type any text in to the box the fix that it applies uses existing pixels in the image not pixels from another image .

Thank you, Anthony. I, as I am sure with most of us, I am finding generative fill a Godsend from the Photoshop god! I would really hate to go back to "the old-fashioned way" of doing things. Tips such as those you delineated and explained how to affect are really helpful. I swear - a person could spend ten lifetimes and not know all there is to know about Photoshop - or Lightroom etc. - but then, that's part of the fun, isn't it? Always knowing that - even if we don't know how right now to get where we want to go - with a little help from our friends, KZfaq and persistence - eventually we will figure it out and get to where we want to go!

Are Generative Fill and Expand still limited to only 1024x1024px images? What image & ppi size was this nurse photo?

Did you really say "for some reason" when talking about why PSD did the thing it did.... it says right there in the prompt that it takes into account the surrounding pixels, i find it super obvious why, when you select even a sliver of the outside, it will generate an outside scene. Also... fixing the hands means completely removing them ? ...

So how slower it gets if you run out of credits? anyone has a video where it tested it now in 2024?

Sorry sir, but one can easily notice that the head and new body don't match (please compare with before ). Moreover her left arm, where her fingers were, just looks horrible. Maybe take this video out and try again with another example...

Ahh. The fingers were the least problem area. Her arms look deformed. Her elbows are up by her bust line whereas they should be nearer to her waistline. Now I've pointed it out, can you stop laughing at it? Or, maybe the waistline is too low.??
