What do you mean? They are literally part of the Big 4 lol. If that isn't "giving them a chance" then I don't know what IS giving them a chance. Now...there ARE some people out there that don't really like them because of Joey's style of clean singing, but they still have a MASSIVE fanbase.

@@the_cosmic_cowboy12 yes but still anthrax never headlined big festivals they're the openers for many new bands! The new bands who are inspired by them! They're clearly not bigger than the other 3 no matter but still...the intensity of their live shows man these guys need a lot more attention!

As a rhythm guitarist Scott Ian is really one of the only guitarists other than James hetfield who I can really say influences my playing style

I am not sure what kind of push the album got back in the day, but it is definitely a "powerhouse". I decided last year it would be the first Anthrax album I introduce to my young kids. That is so. Hearing new, fairly straight forward, interpretation of it by the band is good for my soul.

From the looks of it the SHADOWS FALL lead guitar player really doesn't look like he's having fun playing for such a prestigious metal band like ANTHRAX. Don't get me wrong , I truly love ANTHRAX ...
