Danny's AIR riff wasn't terrible for not playing seriously for however many years. Prime Dan Spitz was probably one of most underrated guitar players in metal

it sucks that we wont see Dan in Anthrax anymore. He sounds great with Scott

Scott Ian and Dan Spitz the six and a half foot tall thrash god. I say god not gods because Dan has to stand on Scott's shoulders to reach that height so it's a collaborative effort. XD. Still they wrote some of the coolest thrash tunes ever. Always loved Anthrax, songs about stephen king books were a welcome refreshment in an era were everyone seemed the need to preach at you when doing music, You 2 guys rule.

Did Spitz not play any rhythm tracks on albums? I can find Scott rhythm tracks but not Dan. What I can find are solos sprinkled with a few bits here and there.
