Hello, this is a personal question but I have been very curious about this question. I have a problem with vaginally yeast infections due to birth control complicating my body functions. I have a massive problem with camel toes and I really wanna try this hack but I am afraid to since I'm not sure if they are "breathable". Can you say that they are breathable at all ? Have you heard of anyone complaining about yeast infections or too much sweat build up? Thank you in advance. ❤

@@Porceliankitty i haven't tried this yet, but if the underwear you usually use is breathable, you are probably good. Often these bra pads are quite breathable to prevent sweat marks in bras

I don't personally have this issue but my best friend does, she is a very beautiful big woman, she had the same issue so I had an idea to put some kind of material in the little pocket of her undies. We used a 100% cotton material and folded it into the right size and shape for her and she's been happy ever since. This was in high school!!!! So over 25 years ago!!

Would you believe it had nothing to do with a front seem. I have muscle nation and elite eleven leggings that have front seems abs I never get CT. I recently bought the NVGTN shorts snd leggings and whilst I love the feel of the fabric, the crotch is seen way too high and it gives me and many others the worst CT and barbie crotch ever (according to many KZfaq reviews including Kathryn’s) . Let’s stop demonising the front seem 😂😚

Because they were redesigned by cheap *ss men who want to see your stuff. Leggings never used to have a front center seam. Same with underwear. Used to have undies specifically made for working out

Yes, they stay in place with movement. They are the thin cup inserts from triangle bikini tops- customized. They fit in the little pocket at the crotch of the underpants. You cut them slightly smaller to fit inside each panty. NO GLUE No sewing necessary . They can be washed

I also rarely get camel toe (unless the cut of the pants is angled very poorly or the seams don't have stretch when the fabric does), but I have a fairly prominent pubic bone, and fairly small labia, so I think that helps. My friends with a shallower pelvic bone structure, less of a fat pad, or larger, longer labia tend to be the ones who struggle with camel toe in my experience. I think having a larger _mons pubis_ relative to your labia keeps the seams from riding up.

It’s because some people have “puffy” lips aka the labia majora on the 🐱 is plump and may have a teeny bit of space between them when the inner lips are “innies” aka they’re all tucked inside. Mine is shaped like this and I have 🐫 unless I buy legging that are more structured and thick with the gusset area sewn in to give it that wider shape over the 🐱 instead of that shitty middle seam on the thin cheaper ones

Its to make sure that no matter what material the underwear is made of...the portion over your genitals is made of cotton. Because cotton is more breathable, wicks moisture away from the skin, and dries well. To keep your area dry and ventilated. Also the skin down there is sensitive even to materials that we otherwise like the look of or like the feel on the rest of our skin, so it also adds protection from friction.

The gusset was never intended to be a pocket. It was created to just give extra fabric thickness/protection on the underwear. It’s just more cost effective for companies to leave them unstitched.
