I can add a few details. In the Flash story arc Chain Lightning we find the Wests and Allens tangled up with the Thawnes for the next 1000 years. This matters and how it starts matters. Turns out Barry Allen had a twin brother . Due to a drunk doctor and a power outage in a storm there were two woman in the clinic giving birth. Nora Allen who was pregnant with twins and Charlene Thawne. The doctor ended up killing their child. So he was switched with one of the Allen's boys. He was names Malcom Thawne. A distant ancestor of Reverse Flash. He grew up in an abusive home of swindlers who wielded a Cobalt blue flame that cancelled speed force energy . When he figured out what happened to him he killed the doctor and blamed Barry for ending up with the loving Allens . Time travel shenanigans while fighting Flash 3 (red head) he ended up back during the events of COIE. He got his wish. He killed Barry Allen before he could stop AM from using his cannon on New Earth. History unraveled. The Heroes lost the CRISIS. Wally was the only positive matter left in existence. He tried to help 1st by lending speed while moving fast enough to remain undetected. That did not do enough and AM recovered and killed the heroes Next he tried to take his uncle Barry's place and he destroyed the cannon. Now we learned here the cannon fired Anti-Tachyons. However this too failed as Wally's vibrations are destructive and can not contain the blast . Buy the comic if you want to know how he saved everything. 😉 Also a piece of dialogue from AM when being thwarted by heroes of the last 5 universes he boasts of destroying 10, 000 universes before theirs. Now is that just a random number or an accurate count was never stated in cannon. There you know what I know. Anyway you slice it He is As Evil as it comes. Darkseid feared him as he did not know if he could win a fair fight .
