For my very first meal in Japan, I had to come to Ichiran to try their famous Tonkotsu Ramen! It was way better than I expected. The soup was creamy and smooth. Ichiran's original red pepper sauce gave it the perfect amount of spice and the Hakata style thin long ramen might just be my new favorite. Highly recommended for all the ramen lovers out there.
