Antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) represent a new way to treat cancer. ADC are comprised of an antibody, a linker, and a payload. Unlike traditional chemotherapy, ADC are targeted to impair cancer cells, while sparing healthy cells. In this course, we discuss how ADC were developed, and their mechanism of action.
