I LOVED exploring Antigua for Restaurant Week (though next time, I also have to make it to Barbuda!). I learned more about Caribbean food, and Antiguan food specifically, exploring dishes like Ducana and Antigua's version of pepperpot. I also got the chance to explore this island paradise alongside some incredible top chefs from the US. I'll definitely be back for a vacation one day as the clear blue water is calling my name!
