If I am a dean of whatever college of medicine in the world: I would end the contracts of all professors and scholars in the college, and hire Ninja Nerd as a coordinator of the academics in the college. The learning materials are simply his videos, the exams are coordinated by him. And his monthly salary will be the summation of all salaries the college paying to the old professors and scholars in it.
