My Dad had the same bailer similar to the New Holland one you described, I was too young to remember it, but I remember him saying he bailed over a million bails with the Wisconsin engine.

I agree. You need to slide that block in the bale chamber, tie off the bale, and thread it for the next one. All by hand. It would have been cool to see. And yeah, I have a life.

That is a turner manufacturing hay press from Willie's overland equipment (jeep) I have the 16/18 inch version with a Wisconsin air-cooled engine on it on four wheels I'm going to add a electric motor next to the gas engine horse team hitch and a tractor seat because I bought the hay press to farm without gas

I have the same model of hay press turner manufacturing from Willie's overland equipment and its advertised to bale 8-10 ton per ten hour run making 60-70 lb bales and it came in 14/18 16/18 and 17/20 with variations of power hookup and wheel arrangement mine is the standalone one with a Wisconsin air-cooled engine on it and four wheels on rubber tires and what appears to be a cut horse tongue which I will be replacing back for horse team use Along with a electric motor between the old gas one and the flywheel for non gas powering from solar panels on my farm when not at farming advents I'll also be placing a seat on it's left hand side beside the engine crank with a swivel for cranking access

You a farmer? If you just want a tractor to play around with, with your family ,they will eventually want one too, if you are actually trying to farm, I have one suggestion, if you don't need a tractor don't get one I'm personally trying to get rid of the need of my heavy equipment because I find it much more rewarding to use animal powerd equipment
