Keep listening. You will know the value of history that you are LEARNING, maybe at a much later date than now, but the other kids in your class will never know the history you are learning right now. Please do not stop. M. IL.

Love old time radio . Thanks for putting it on. Have to say, just for advice, if you're wanting to do broadcasting, narrating,announcing,etc., you should do some training in breath control, enunciation,etc. Your voice trails off towards the end of each sentence, as if you're running out of air. A professional announcer should have enough breath/air to do an entire paragraph, before taking a breath, and being able to get intonation, inflections,etc. in there Just a suggestion

The time it was aired was a time post war, the whole nation was focused on recovery, getting the boys back home from military hospitals in Europe; it was a focus of farming, industrial rebuilding and widows living without the fathers of their children. The word racist was non existent. The American blacks and whites were mutually suspicious of Japanese Americans. Both races banned together to gaurd against the bad and evil- HiddenHitlerLoving- Japanese all were convinced were living and breeding in USA. Consider the times and events. Racist is relative. M. IL. USA
