That is absolutely wrong. What makes a country rich and prosperous is a secure government that upholds what is right, and a good legal system to protect people's belongings. India is completely corrupt, and that is why its a 3rd world country. The 1st world is prosperous precisely because the government is not as corrupt as the 3rd world.
