This would be hilarious for an April Fools one-off episode just before the next major part of the story begins. Just an episode following what these guys have been doing after they got their ass beat. And yes, Aokiji would be with them because he's bored and got nothing to do. It could also take place in the two years they were split, explaining why people *actually* thought these were the real crew.
