The Russians are the best dancers in the world. There's a reason why two of the most prestigious and oldest ballet companies, the kirov (now marynsky) and bolshoi are in Russia.

I must say. Russians ARE really talented. AND Hardworking and disciplined when it comes to artforms. I've seen people(especially western) accusing them of using drugs but I feel most western countries are just jealous of them.

The bright colors of the clothing, the liveliness of the dance. Everything just looks so cheerful and energetic. I want to learn to dance like this.

Nobody had to remind them, "remember to smile; remember your smile." When it's in the right spirit, and healthy and good and right... the smiles just happen. These girls couldn't help smiling, because they're having a good time; they're happy and proud and pleased with their virtue and accomplishment. I looked closely, and not one of those smiles was fake. Normally, in dance, the fake smile is just part of the performance, drilled into them, by the teachers and parents, so they maintain a forced grimace throughout. I don't want to read too much into it, but when the smiles are natural like this, and everywhere... something is being done right.

When my husband and I were on an Alaskan cruise, one of the stops was in Sitka, Alaska, we were all taken to first watch a show of all women Russian dancers, it was so beautiful and fun, all their costumes were just gorgeous, I would love to go back to Alaska someday.

Thank you for the lovely video post! The dancers did a wonderful job! I honestly don't know how the dancers are able to smile through the entire dance. I guess that's because I'm not a smiley type of person. Even as a child, people would ask me what was wrong, because I wasn't smiling, but usually nothing was wrong, my face just doesn't default to smiling. If I am happy or amused I do smile, but in neutral mode I have to make myself smile if I feel that a smile is called for. Most of the time I am in neutral mode, so no smiles most of the time. I am not unhappy when I am in neutral mode, but apparently I sometimes look like I am. I'm guessing that most people don't spend much time in neutral mode, so they don't understand it.🤔 Anyway, I enjoyed the performance!👍👏🥇🏆💐🤗
