these are great answers for those who have had experience in industries that they're applying to. however new grads who don't have all the achievements, awards and experience can't answer this question in high detail such as that given in this video.

watched all your videos and find them very useful. I have been to more than 10 interviews and always get rejected. When I started watching your video I realised what I was not doing or doing wrong! Last week I went for an interview and happy to say I was offered the job! Many Thanks and keep up your good work.

Why do you want this job: "Let's be honest, I need the money, it's one of the few places that actually called me for an interview, and ultimately, I will be poor and homeless if I can't find a job soon." 😆😆😆

I used this video and the other series by the same person as my only guide to prepare for my first interview after my graduation having had no prior experience. I used all that I learned here to so impress my interviewers that I was later made a job offer which I never accepted because the pay was not great. My second interview elsewhere produced the same result. During the interview, I could see through the body language of my interviewers that they were highly impressed by my performance. I got the job within days. Thanks you so much Anthony Stagg for posting this video and the other series. You are God sent.

Antony Stagg REALLY LOVE your series of videos. Exactly what I was looking for...specifically, the acronyms--FAB, CAR, etc. I'm a very systems-oriented person. Therefore, having a structure which to answer questions allows me to "better" think on my feet--rather than memorization. Thank you for contributing to this very "do-or-die" subject. I cannot stress that enough.

Antony, Thank you for doing this, Every video I watch my confidence grows. You cut the BS and get to the important stuff. I have always felt confident sometimes maybe over confident with any job interview I've been too, however I have progressed and been promoted in the company i work for now and this means i have been here longer than I usually stay at a company (Im young so 1 year is the average until i find something better). so now Ive had a few interviews and Ive just found myself becoming really nervous and stumbling terribly over these kinds of questions. My mouth dries and my hands shake. Your videos are really helping me and Ive applied for a job that I really want, Im confident I will get an interview and I will let you know personally of the outcome. Thanks for helping me!

I as an employer would not believe any word hearing such clean trained answers targeted to get the job without any thought, if he really wants it. :-D E.g. I once got a job despite I asked in the interview, "do you not think a developper would be better for this job?" And I was not a developper. ;-)

Doing tons of research isn't the answer. I think just basic key reasons that you want before going in. A really great thing to say "Part of my goal in this interview is to help me establish that. I see some of the basic stuff about your company online, but it's much better to talk to someone inside the company". Hope this helps some people. Still not a bad video, hope it helps people.

This is a very good tutorial! But seriously i mean to get a job you need to be fake and sucker otherwise you wont get it! I went to an interview and i was honest and i did not get the job of course! The only think that interviewer should ask would be : availability, skills you have and what have you done in last years!! Thats it! It doesn't make sense for me to tell them i'am the best person in the world i know everything about this company if actually i don't! Honestly for me its the worst thing i like to do , i always have to lie a lot and pretend be a person that iam not to get the fuckin job!!

that's the candidate you WISH FOR! Do you think someone who held such powerful positions and presumably well connected individuals even go through the regular hiring process?? How about people who do not have such experience? The research skill is versatile, I agree with you there but whatever you say I am sure has been done and over with millions of times. The way I am seeing it, video-makers and bloggers consistently say "don't say that because hiring managers heard that millions of times, say 'this' instead" then what do you think happens next?

9 out of 10 times I don't want the shitty job I applied for, I just need money, the amount of bullshitting and sucking up you have to do is crazy, can't you just be you? I can't believe that it requires tutorials in order to get a bloody job. As much help the tutorials are I can't help but feel frustrated and annoyed that the standards for getting a job are so damn high - no matter what it is - that one must look up tutorials as to what they should say rather than just being themselves.
