If one side it is allergic fungal rhinosinusitis. It may recur if not given proper care

Sir I'm balaji my age is 17 ,iam 1st year student.i had this problem in my right side of the nose but i did not get suggestion from any ENT doctors now i am suffering alot. The doubt is it is allergy or antrochaonal sinus i didn't know. If the one solution is surgery means i will accept but Ithinking about my studies next month i have my sem examinatiobs.
