Hello sir, १ question--- I am working in IT field. When I joined company they told me that I will get chance to work and learn in certain technology which is booming in market. I also had basic knowledge on that technology and working in last organization. Problem is, new company team mates don't give chance to work on that thing, saying I don't have APPROPRIATE KNOWLEDGE. I am really frustrated that they get chance to work, learn and upgrade them in technical and financial way,, but I am unable to do that and fear that what will happen with me after 1 year?? I don't have any new knowledge, no new job, will lost confidence in work.. I feel separated from Team. Don't know, if I keep working here and prove that I can work OR should I change job where I will get new learning..as everyday I don't feel that I am adding any value, or upgrading / learning anything.. Do not want to go to office either..it's like stucked and no confidence of doing anything... If possible please guide..
