1 cup Dhaniya/Fresh Coriander
Few Green Chilles
Ginger
1/2 tsp Black salt
1 Tsp Roasted dry cumin seed powder
1/2 tsp regular salt
1 tbsp dry mango powder
2 Tbsp boondi
1 tbsp lemon Juice
Kulcha Dough Ingredients
2 slice bread
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Milk
3 cup Maida
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup curd
Add bread mixture above
Use water to set dough
