1. Use a good hair serum. 2. Use a good wooden wide tooth comb. 3. Take biotin supplements. 4. Drink a lot of water daily. 5. Don't use too much hair products/chemical on your hair. 6. Hi there. Thank you for your tips. I have a question, my hair was (knee length) long and thick like yours. But in 2020, I got smoothening treatment from a local salon (my bad). And also I asked him to just trim from end, he cut my hair upto my waist. (Hair selling in India)*. After that, my hair never grew beyond my wasit. It should have grown back because that is my natural growth. I want my long thick hair back, can you please answer why is this happening after smoothing (4 years now)? And is it possible to get them back?
