Both the pitchers seemed and sounded like big frauds. Very insincere. First they enacted a funny scene and played a quiz, then bribed the sharks with petty rewards to gain their favour and continuously flattered the sharks. Everything they did was with obvious ulterior motives. And it's hard to exercise wearing your smartphone.

Yes absolutely, Aman was the confused sperm over here. You should have seen the look on the main pitcher guy's face when Aman gave the offer. They were totally not expecting it. I presume they would have taken even 7-8 percent equity. Aman should have at least asked for 5 percent in the worst case.

this company is going to be at massive losses and may have to file bankruptcy at the end so by getting 2% aman will not have to pay much on bankruptcy but as he has 2% in the company he can collect 100% of the data and sell it to swiggy zomato for 5 crore rupees

Aman buying data for 50l will be shear stupidity. Lets say Boat makes 200 rs profit per product(assuming 10% net margin on avg product price of rs 2000). That means he needs to sell 50l/200 products or 25k products from that database to break even. They have data of 15k paid subscriber & assuming 10x unpaid users total database of 165k users. That means ~1 out 7 users need to buy to break even. This sort of conversion ratio is practically impossible. Safe to say he likes the founders and invested in them.
