Thank you akka, i know about menstrual cup from 5 years but i leave that because i afraid to use. But after seeing your first video i got confident to use cup i after that i ordered carmesi small cup.i am 21 years old for the first try i really nervesed but i don't gave up i tried several time to practice first time its hurt me little but after practicing it so easy to inset and remove. But 1 problem for me is that small cup is not working correctly for me because i have heavy bleeding in first 3 days so this small cup starts leaking every 2 hours of insertion. And another problem is everyone have different cervix length high, medium and low mine is medium that is about 5 cm may be but carmesi not mentioned cup lenghts and how we know that the cup fits us or not.
