Summarising the presentation: 1) Meeting process a) dress well b) feel confident c) maintain open and expanded(gentle) body language 2) Building Rapo a) greet the person with a handshake and smile, say who you are, and why u r here. b) find the common things between you two. c) try to complete the person. Make sure it is not too personal. Don't forget to call that person by his/her name. 3) Make the communication and it is the last one. a) listen to that person carefully. understand his worries, concerns, purpose, and motive. b) don't listen to that person just to say something in reply. Listen to that person to understand that person. c) you are there not to debate(like TV debate between opponent parties) to downplay the other person but to make connections and build trust.

Sir, it happens we are not used to talk to new new people fir that i will suggest you to do practice talk to random people, while shopping ask shopkeeper or cashier anything about prices their work etc and while travelling in a public vehicle talk anything for getting ideas you can watch my video how to talk to new people, and then convert them to your situation and keep practicing this will reduce that feeling of unease in your heart, and I have made a video on camera confidence you can use that and convert to your situation and more practice will build confidence in you, and then one day you will forget to fear talking to new people.
