I think people have interpreted nepotism different ways. We have to get it right. Inheritance is a norm. Its more about family bonding that u want to help ur next generation. Nepotism, particularly the one condemned these days, is about snatching away the pedestals from the deserving and qualified ones and giving it to those who otherwise would be able to reach that stage, just coz they have certain genes & surnames. Nepotism wouldn't make so much noise if oppurtunities were equal for everyone to flourish based on their merit. Its condemnable when a Kareena,Alia,Sonam etc have additional buffer to failures while outsiders get only 1 chance to prove themselves evn if they r far more talented. Having said that, Ranveer is talented. He should be evaluated based on his talent not the PR hyping KJo gang does
