Just took mine apart, fiddled about and got the four mosfets unsoldered, tested all good...bummer! Then, as I was reassembling it I just happened to notice the cooling fan was seized solid! Just ordered a new one for €6.....

There are things I don't know. I check them with an ohm meter, but you normally need to take the leg up from the board. But, being in the board I check for cosistancy, I look for any differences from one component to the next so long g as your checking the same kind of part which all have numbers on them that you can easily check br viewing them

its 400v 6A 75W mosfet N channel you have 4 of it of total of 300W so any similar one will work and even one with more than 6A will be better but all 4 mosfets has to be the same

Hello, 3000 watt full sinus inverter fault light is on. When the inverter is turned on, a relay tripping sound is heard, then the fault light is on, what do you think could be the problem?

Check the out side MOSFET 1or 2 MOSFET is short.

@@dave4jzs649facing same problem ones I turn the inverter on it shows green ones I add my load the red light turns on too
