In todays video Savannah and I discuss our mental health and what things have changed & what has stayed the same. Savannah is currently in the middle of a medication change which causes certain side effects when you are weaning off certain medications. It’s important to be aware of these things and to know it’s only temporary. We both suffer with anxiety, OCD, depression, PMDD, & Tourettic OCD. We think it’s really important to be educated about these things especially if you suffer from mental health issues. I hope you enjoy todays video.
