i cant assertive brfore toxic people i just know stay away from toxic people i do house work at home i feel good , i was preparing for exam but not succeed i play mobile games now and life does not have fix rules when i was feeling bad i watched hundread of video but nothing work(exam preparation time)

Ma'am... I'm Ankit Kumar...mein depression Anxiety Stress se suffer kr rha... Mental Health se seriously suffer kr rha hu...aapse past mein bhi mil chuka hu...March 2020 mein mummy ke sath aaya tha...Unka treatment kiya tha aapne...Aur Irony dekhiyee mein khud uss time pr bhi mentally ill tha...abh extreme hota ja rha h... suicidal thoughts bhi aane lage...aapke receptionist se baat bhi ki 3-4 din pehle...she said u have to pay 4000 in advance...tabhi therapy ya treatment start hoga... Finance ka bhi issue h...Papa ji last 5 month se communication nhi h...Army Job bhi left krdi... currently working in Pvt company..but isse krne ka bhi mnn nhi kr rha h...I hope Kashika Ma'am read kr rhi ho iss comment ko...kl se Military hospital (MH) mein treatment start kraya....but yha kuch samaj nhi aaara...doctor ne test likhe h ....Haemotology Biochemistry test etc.... confused hu aapse pass treatment lu ya friend ne suggest kiya ki Dr Bhupendra Chaudhary bhi h...ya phir soch rha hu... Delhi NCR mein koi top psychiatrist ke pass jao...Aap hi suggest krdo Ma'am mujhe kya karna chahiye please 😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

मेम सच मे आप कमेंट पढ़ते है तो जवाब भी दीजिए। इतना खूबसूरत विश्लेषण शायद ही कोई मनोवैज्ञानिक करता होगा। बेहतरीन तरीके से समझाया आपने। अब एक वीडियो उन मातापिता पर बनाये जो सिर्फ पुत्र की ही हर बात को मानते है आज के आधुनिक समय कुछ पढ़े लिखे लोग वही दकियानूसी जीवन बिता रहे कि लड़का ही उनका उद्धारकर्ता है लडक़ी तो केवल जवाबदारी है। कई बार तो बेचारी लड़की को जायदाद में एक पैसा नही देते और लड़के की हर बात को महत्व देते। टाइटल भी यही रखें कि कब तक लड़की को नजरअंदाज करोगे। शुभकामनाएं

मैम । मेरा नाम ऋतु राज है। मेरी आयु 16 वर्ष है। मै पढने लिखने में बहुत अच्छा हु। लेकिन मुझे बहुत समस्या है। मुझे बचपन से कल्पनाओं की दुनिया में रहने का आदत है। यह कल्पनाए भी बेकार की होती है कि मै अगर बड़़े पद पर होता तो क्या करता अगर मुझे मेरे दुश्मन से इगडा करता तो कैसे मै उसे पीटता किसी के साथ मै कैसे बात करता और भी बहुत तरह की बाते । इन सब चिजो को अलग अलग तरीके से सोचता रहता हूं ज्यादातर मै इतिहास में घटी घटनाओं में खोया रहता हुं किताबी इतिहास । . उसके बारे मै सोचता रहता हूं अब तो यह सब इतना बढ गया है कि मेरे सर मे दर्द रहता है। लेकिन फिर भी मै यह सब सोचने से खुद को रोक नही पाता । कोई हल बताइए ।

Sir mastervation ki bimari hai sir mera penis bar bar khada ata hai sir mujhe ye bimari anuvanshik hai kyoki sir mere father ko ye bimari hai sir mere umra 18 year hai iski vajah se swapandosh bhi hota hai sir iska ilaj bataye sir mere father ko yah bimari sadhi se pahle se hai sir sir vajah se vajan nahi bad raha hai please ilaj bataye sir
