I've had anxiety sitting on my chest for last 2-3 days and tonight I was struggling I was praying and talking to God having all these thoughts like it was my fault people are suffering is my fault people aren't healed it's my fault that's my fault that then God through his holy spirit gave me the answer. All of those negative thoughts were from the devil and the devil is a liar and I cannot trust the thoughts or the feeling goes having. And that heaviness that anxious feeling in my chest went away. God is the answer. Into Bible verses that really helped me when I'm struggling are Joshua 1:9 where God tells us to be strong and courageous not to be afraid or just made for the Lord our God is with us wherever we go, and Psalm 139 which tells us that no matter where we go the holy spirit is there so no matter what we're going through we're never alone

I have anxiety and some other mental illnesses I don't know about. I just know I am mentally sick. I usually tell myself to be confident so that people will think that I'm not ugly or I am afraid of anything. When I get close to one person each and every time I want them to understand my pain and also I don't want them to know about me, coz they won't understand it. I am afraid of opening up, doing something good(thinking it might end up worse). But I met a friend in college and I thought they were the one who is gonna change and make my illness go away. For some days, I was doing well. And I thought I am changing and I'll be better but again I'm on that same track and it makes me think like I will not make it out of this, even if I tried with my every energy. Right now, I'm just surving with the energy my mind has. And I don't know if I'll get better or worse. If I'll have a good future or I'll kill myself. And I don't know why I am writing this, but anyway...
