Best type of snacks is carbohydrates which are complex.. so try to have oats before the ride instead of high sugar type food. During the ride , best is Banana, Dates and Biscuits instead of chikki and chocolate as both are high in refined sugar. It also has high fat which is slowly absorbed by the body ! After the ride , have high protein food or you can also have a scoop of protein powder. Diet is super important when you cycle long distance. Especially the quality of the diet. Always wear helmet , ride safe 👍
