I think this song is a perfect match for beginning of S4. That's what Pen felt during 1812-1824. Before Lady D told Pennelope that she is more than what she thought. And Colin can't see another but Pennelope. He found that she's beautiful, smart, and attractive after years. When they literally old (according to married standard among yon). Omg... So excited when I read the news about S3 and S4!! They will back soon as possible after S2. Ohoooo... Is it a good news for all too? 😍

Personally, I think that the TV series went that route because unlike in the books, where it is much more obvious and easily implied that Pen loves Colin, it's not as easily achieved in the TV series. They had to "prove" to the viewers that Pen indeed loves Colin. They had to show what she was willing to do to protect Colin because of her love for him. It may seem like a wicked thing to do to one's friend, but what she did proved to us viewers what the TV series 'Pen' is willing to do for Colin. I'm looking forward to the unfolding of their story but I think it would be better if they don't rush Polin's love story. Colin and Pen's love story is a perfect way to make this series even better, so I hope they don't rush it.
