Blue player here! I think my mistake was going imp instead of making say 10 ballista elephants. If you're wondering why at 43:03 I didn't delete my villager, it was because I was in the middle of typing "yes keep sending more teal" but then he moved and I had to backspace the text and that took a while :P Also, I kept missing the grey villagers because I kept focusing on teal. But ah well, it was so much fun, it was one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played :D

When T90 farms become a viable strategy

Orange (WolfyKhan) was really disappointing. Dude does almost nothing all game, and basically let the relic holder win at the end.

WolfyKhan is such a weasel, he should rename is WeaselKahn. Really bad play from him, looking like a fool asking to team up with the timer at around 10... But apart from that, this was one of the most entertaining Age of Empires game I ever watched! Kudos to Yellow, Blue and Teal, that was the champ corner on the left :D

I love these bizarre, experimental game modes. A key principle here is MAD: when offensive capability is substantially larger than defensive capability, the most viable defense is everyone knowing that the enemy will strike back.

This game was great! Loved all of it except for orange, he seems like an unpleasant person to play with. Kingmaking and not actually trying to win the game isn't acceptable in any game I've ever played. Hope he doesn't show up in any more games in the future, his play was just boring and cowardly.

The devastating early aggression, sniping Yellow and the journey of the lone Red. An epic battle between Blue and Teal. The crazy chain reactions. Purple deleting his idles. The relic race for Green and Purple that came down to 1 onager shot. All of this incredible gameplay, WASTED by Orange being a boring ass buttlick literally letting purple win... No wonder we're all salty!

You should do a community style game but with pros.

Orange cannot boom to save his life... sat at 60-70 vills the whole game unharassed while Teal must have created 500+ vills on his own. I don't know how players can just sit there with thousands of resources and not just que up the TC with vills at least.

It's bugging me that people won't cut into the forest and build their lumber camps there instead of by the shore.

I didn't know it was possible for a single person to ruin the game while doing basically nothing.

(yes that includes yellow and red) it's like you said T90, even when you are losing you can still be entertaining

I think the best thing to do is actually to break up your woodline with buffer buildings. Every 10 tiles or so, build a couple adjacent houses against the woodline. That way, if someone bombs your woodline, they will AT MOST kill only a small part of it cuz there are artificial buffers in there to stop the chain reaction. :)

I feel like kings should function like villagers. Gotta get your hands dirty and build stuff when you don't have a kingdom. Is there a mod for that? It's risky sure, but it would have saved reds ass, considering the wood was sent too late.
