So he was a good salesman in the past and made a career and then changed? The second question is "Why did they let Keiichi go if he was in fact doing an excellent job?" Was it Nobuyuki who gave negative ratings about him? It took the principal too long to understand that he wanted to hire him permanently and even with triple the salary. Doesn't that company have half measures? First they let him go as if nothing had happened and then they hire him for his weight in gold.

I love how those stories just really lack any logic often. His was his boss, so he was probably a competent employee with enough skills to get a promotion. But as soon as the story starts, this person suddenly is bad at their work somehow, making really strange mistakes. Why? Because the bad guy must fail just so MC can shine. And there is always that thing about not being able to find a job, going into the debt, living poorly etc. Did Japanese people never hear about 'savings'?

Selling at a loss should only happen to up your market share or to bring in some potential customers in to get first time experience if you believe it'll pay off. It makes no sense to do it all the time unless you have a lot of capital in the side and are wanting to put another company out of business simply because the risk might not pay off and will wreck the company and it's growth.

I really liked most of this story but in all honestly from what I know of Japanese companies and laws Noboyuki would have either been fired or demoted to oblivion in the first half of the video.
