Hi i believe by default Drive C is the system where your operating system is installed reason being it's only shows C drive. For taking an backup of your other partition you have an option under backup then partition backup and select the partition you want to take backup for. By this you can choose your desired partition to be backed up.

@@HowTo-AshishSapkota Thanks for replying, but i think you misunderstood me. Yes my operating system '(Windows) is installed on C partition but as you know there are other small partitions created by windows 10 when installing to allow booting and recovering (partitions without partition letters). My problem is that these small hidden partitions are not showed nor backupped and thus if i restore just the windows C partition without the small boot partition the pc won't boot.

Well in that case could you please check if those partitions are visible in disk management. You can check this by opening command prompt and type diskmgmt.msc.
