Looks amazing, great job Helmie. On my wishlist for a future enhancement of this pack would be a device sleeve that can accommodate both a laptop and tablet (with separator), and the bright orange interior lining from the Whitley. 👏

My gosh! 10 years already? How time flies! I still remember the message board suggestions on EDC Forums and how you were patiently navigating all of them for the original Evade pack 😅

Beautiful- definitely feels more like a statement piece/tribute to the original Evade. Great release, Helmie and team! During the walkthrough, it looked like there was some velcro on the top back wall of the main compartment- is that port for a hydration bladder hose or something else entirely?

I want this bag and my BOGEAR X Spare Camel 2.0 to have a baby!! Would love the leather handle and other touches that just leave this bag looking more refined. With a hundred+ flights a year and no longer working in an office, I need something more than 21L or else I would be buying this 1.0X today. Please make a 30+ Liter bag with this design aesthetic and leather touches. I'll buy it in a second. Great looking piece !

The measurements and sizing seems very close to the Whitely. Yet with a separate laptop compartment and additional bottom front zip, it does seem to be larger than maybe the 1L indicates??? Can you possibly compare the lines? Or provide feedback as to the goals of each bag. Does seam the Evade 1 X is definitely more sleek and luxurious with fantastic fabrics.

Well... got mine today. It is far too small for my needs. My 16" M2 MacBook Pro is such a tight fit in this, I can't put anything more than a folder on the inside sleeve. Like 10 lbs of **** in a 5lb bag. No possible way can I take my computer and insanely thin OLED portable monitor with me(far thinner than an iPad Pro). I don't cary a backpack for just a few things, that's what this bag is for and it does it well. I was hopeful I could go from my 30L BOgear Camel 2.0 to this. Not happening. I went from a 45L ultralight bag to the 30L Camel and had to give-up space there, no way I can live with 21 L. Shame on me. I wish any of the larger AON bags got this treatment, 21L is just not where it's at. It's a miss for me. Selling my 1.0X with 2 matching sliders/organizers whenever they ship if anyone is interested. That all that's been touched, computer and a folder put in the bag, taken out and the bag put back in the plastic. If you want small, this is for you.

Confirming, to gain access to the laptop from the main compartment you need to undo the velcro around the top of the inner perimeter and fold the fabric over?
