no, honor points only count for that campaign, though you dont have to survive stage 14 to get honor points, just that stage 15 has to happen.

how do you get honor points in Practice?

You can't, only way is farm in campaign, after that you can use that points to buy smth in practice just to test. Because if you leave, you will get return your points and your purchase will be declined as before you joined practice.

No it's not White horse provides more hp for personal horse and Grey horse is more stam you could say grey horse is literally just a black horse but its more stam based but don't forget you can use it as enlisted

@elijahmaser7567 what I meant is that white horse is 12 hit by titan and gray horse is 6 hit by titan but gray horse have 550 stam white horse have 450 stam so I'd say gray horse is best cuz you can keep up with crawler speeds in exped if out of blades or even if ur in an emergency in expedition
