You can still get it on regular missions but it’s like a 0.03 chance. It’s really annoying how the good stuff is so hard to get

To make this better you can maybe replace one of your skills for “rising slash”, what i do is that i start and lethal tempo 3 titans then try to gather a group of titans and try to hit all your nape or limbs (hitting all limbs drains nearly or all blades without getting the bar full). This helps you further less risk the fact of dying in phase 1

@@ynoT_1 also if ya can't land rising slash properly just land on a crawler when a bunch grouped up (make sure the crawlers is big but small enough to nor get grabbed by titans ) and then use rising slash into lethal like he said

Im pretty sure there's no cap for cdr but it follows a formula where you can't max it out
