I'm an Indonesian born Singaporean. Left Indo to migrate to Singapore when I was a kid, studied, served the mandatory Military National Service and the rest is history. Being born in Indonesia, I support Indonesian teams in international tournaments especially MLBB. But, this round of Playoffs(Semis), for RRQ to pick Layla against the M5 Champions is not only totally Obnoxiously arrogant but also very Disrespectful! RRQ deserves being stomped and looks like a noobish team. Well done AP Bren & Congratulations. 🎉

Mirko why are you using “are” after AP Bren? AP Bren is a team, a collective noun.

Really depends on what type English you use. PH would for sure follow American English. Thought of using IS after a collective word is the correct way until I moved to the UK. Did a reserch in google because I thought of IS being the correct thing but British English would use ARE. Hope this helps.

Certain collective nouns can use "are" if pertaining to the individual members rather than the group itself.

If you're gonna Layla like this, drop Khufra bring angela, get Irrad a proper utility jg, and Lylia I wouldn't rely on to counter nether realm, pick a huge AoE burst mage, Lylia for pro players isn't hard yo dodge and on top of that Octa also didn't do much. Before under 75 star Glory players say 'Disrespect'. They went Layla because of AP Bren's lineup, although I think they should've waited longer they pick Layla because Bren didn't have assassin. Paquito came after Layla pick so that ruins their plans, but if Brusko took angela maybe it might've gone better cause he wasn't anything special with the Khufra anyway

Yeah, it is so funny. I mean, yeah they're the 2-time WC but the one who drafted that layla is the one who also drafted the comp that led bren to win m5. If they watch the actual drafting phase, they'll see how the coaches from both sides put their minds into it. It is not hard to see that and I'm a Filipino. People who make fun of that layla pick by Coach Vren are the same one who praise him for outdrafting Onic on their m5 run.

Well RRQ's coach was one of the coaches of AP Bren so this is more on who knows who better. Remember it was also Coach Vren who went with the Odette pick back in m5 vs sys and onic so you can say he is experimebting on a lot of possible options to have
