You can also add attack speed to this build with Nashor's tooth and a few other situational items. Going invisible with E and then assassinating with W + high attack speed AA to proc passive is huge. It also melts tanks with true damage.

He absolutely does. Riot's mastery curves from a few years ago indicate that he takes quite a bit of skill and time to do well with. A pretty dog champ for Bronze players.

What a pathetic vlad player. Even if everything he says is true, which it isn't - why is it a good thing to play a champion that needs skill badly instead of playing a champion that doesn't need skill well?

He's definitely right about Vlad taking skill. The skill expression ceiling on that champ is really high. Riot posted mastery curves a few years ago and Vlad's was noticeably higher than Riven and Yasuo. But there's no reason. Play whatever you like.
