Storms in hot weather produce ice way up in the clouds...then it falls to the ground. This is normal... It's called hail and it has nothing to do with winter.

Hail usually forms at 11,000 feet or over 2 miles up. The temperature typically cools by nearly 20 degrees F per mile, so it isn't unheard of to get hail throughout the summer.

Except we haven’t had Spring up north where cloud seeding is being done, daily. Cold winds cyclonic to cause violent weather further South as the nonstop cold, air hits the stalled warm. It snowed on the border into Canada, last night.
