Mine was also the same. I also got mood disorder coz of him n panic attack(which not everybody can understand). Finally I went to a psychiatrist and she prescribed me depression pills( which was not actually needed) n when I told him about my mental health condition he told me " ohh sorry if this happend to u coz of me, I know u will not accept me again in ur life, plz don't hate me, I m only yours, plz don't hate me ". Then finally i realized what that person is. N the very interesting thing is that i never got closure from his side. He enjoyed seeing me confused, he blamed me n called me cheater coz I left him due to his lying n selfish behavior. N you won't believe what he said me one day. He said go n love urself, if u can't love urself then how could u expect someone else will to do this for u. Then I myslef left him. Just imagine how it feels when u have given all ur time, energy, emotions to a person. That One sided investment. N then stuggled to move on from that same person. I have seen all those love bombing, idealization, devaluation, discard and then again idealization in a repeated manner just to trap me in the same place. N the funny thing about these people is that they think we were not worthy of them that's y they treated us like this. But deep inside they know that they will still leave no opportunity if they get a chance of having us back in their life. It doesn't matter who they r with. They can live with anybody who can make them feel superior n boost their ego. That's it. They just need these validation from outside world coz from inside they know how empty they are. I m damn sure he must be reading my comment one day coz I told him he is a narc( which I must not have told) . But only one thing what I want to say him is that I can't hate u coz that's not my nature but I don't love u anymore. N yes now I do love myslef even more as u told me to do.

इसी तरह से मैं एक Narcissist लड़की के hoovering का शिकार हुआ था। उसपर trust करके उसे दोबारा मौका दिया तो, वो लड़की कुछ दिन बाद फिर से rough tone में बात करना शुरू कर दी। बार बार ऐसी बातें करती थी, जिससे मेरा मानसिक संतुलन खराब हो। last time वो लड़की जब मिली थी, तब उसको 4 थप्पड़ मार कर उससे contact खत्म कर दिया। इतना कुछ होने के बाद भी वो 6 month बाद unknown number से मुझसे contact करने की कोशिश की, but मैंने ignore किया, उसे block कर दिया। बहुत time बाद मुझे समझ आया, वो narcissist लड़की मेरे अच्छे education और lifestyle से जलती थी, मेरा mental health खराब करने के लिए उस लड़की का सोंचा समझा plan था। उससे अलग जब से हुआ, तब से relaxed feel कर रहा हूँ। आज मैं खुश हूँ।

Self love means u care urself and love yourself.. But you are aware of others feelings and pain.. But a narcissist person only love himself he dose not care about others.. They have almost no empathy means they cant feel what others are feeling.. Narcissist persons only want attention from others and they will act like child means they are repulsive.. They are manipulating and very good in making fake stories...
