Buying a plot in any part of India can be challenging unless you have sound financial backing for initial investment. Banks do offer a loan for the purchase of a plot and even for construction such as SBI Realty, HDFC Plot Loans, Indian Bank Plot Loan etc. However, the associated tax benefits are subjective to whether you complete constructing a house on the plot or not, and even if you do, the benefits are offered only for the first year.
On the other hand, in case of flats, loans are easier to avail, albeit, at similar interest rates. However, flat purchase attracts a lot of tax benefits, especially for first time home buyers.

मेरे ख्याल से फ्लैट से बहतर प्लाट खरिदना होता है क्योंकि जमीन कहीं नहीं जाती और हम देर से ही सही लेकिन एक दिन पैसे कमाकर एक अच्छा घर बना सकते हैं और समय के साथ साथ प्लाट कि किमत में भी बढोत्तरी होती है। जब हम ४०-५० लाख रुपये में भारी लोन लेकर फ्लैट खरिदते हैं तो इसमें हम डुब भी सकते हैं और फ्लैट कि अवधि भी सिर्फ २० से २५ साल तक होती है इसके बाद बेचने जाएँ तो आधी दाम में बेचना पडता है तो फ्लैट बेहतर आप्सन कैसे हो गया मुझे तो नहीं लगता।

भले ही आप flat के मालिक ही क्यों ना हो लेकिन आपकी जिंदगी उसमें किराएदार की तरह ही होती हर महीने maintenance भरो यह करो वह करो इतने तो rule होते हैं लगता भी नहीं कि घर में h ऐसा लगता है जैसे हॉस्टल में है और सबसे बड़ी बात जो लेने से पहले सौ बार सोचना भगवान ना करे घर में किसी बड़े बुजुर्ग की मृत्यु हो जाए उन विचारों को अंतिम समय में चार कंधे और अंतिम यात्रा भी नसीब नहीं होती एंबुलेंस से सीधा शमशान सोसाइटी कभी परमिशन नहीं देती dead body को अंदर लाने की शव यात्रा निकालने की

Me suruat se hi independent house pasand karta hu kyuki usme ek achhi baat hai ki agar kal apki family badhati hai to aap upar chhat par 2 -3 kamre bna sakte hai par flat me ye suvidha nahi hai aur upar se independent house me chhat par 1 room kitchen bna kar rent par bhi de sakte hai aur ghar ki kist bharne me aasani hogi

@@prabhauniyal1959flats mein har month maintenance charges bhi dena padta hai. wo bhi jabardasti. jaise lift, gaurd ,sweeper, etc . jo har insaan efford nahi kar sakta. par apne ghar ye sab apni marji par depend karta hai.
